We are looking for a person who can handle complaints and reviews by the customers, answer all the queries, and quit the subscriptions requested by the customers. The candidate must know how to manage telephone calls and discuss men’s health issues.

- Managing all the incoming queries via email, social media, telephone, or websites
- Handling with all types of reviews and complaints
- Able to end subscriptions of the present clients on their request
- Your response must be quick and efficient
- Managing all the queries and offers on social media in a timely and effective manner
- Must be punctual and cooperative
Skills and Experience Required
- Must know how to write and speak English in a fluent manner
- Must know how to use PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Must have some years of experience working in ZENDESK CRM system
